Cooking…dairy-free desserts that will be suitable to accompany Easter dinner.
Pinning…Vertical vegetable gardens. Des and I have big plans to garden together this summer. First on the docket is peas and strawberries.

Remembering…Am I really the same girl who had a tongue piercing once? It seems like something I would never do. But it brings a smile to my face when I remember that that's partially why I got it pierced in the first place....because it was out of character!
